We are a young and innovative team of food designers in Peaslake near Guildford, Surrey. Created in 1990, Piglets has created a strong reputation for excellent imaginative food and high standards of food service, led by the two senior partners Jo Hutchinson and Nigel Beckett.

We specialise in both private and corporate entertaining in London and the Home counties. No job is too large or small - we have catered for a picnic hamper for Ascot, Champagne and Canapes reception at The Conservatory in London to a Charity Gala Dinner at The Royal Ballet School in Richmond Park

Jo Hutchinson, Founder of Piglets Catering

Before setting up Piglets in 1990 Jo's extensive commercial catering career included employment with Sutcliffe catering, Searcy's and J Lyons also the Paris Airshow. She has particular experience in banqueting, event and corporate event hospitality catering and has also been responsibile for organising military dinners and social events for Honourable Artillery company in the city.

Nigel Beckett, FCWMCS, Partner and Head Chef

Jo's business partner, Nigel is highly qualified chef having trained at The Ritz London and then worked in senior capacities in the kitchen of The QEII, Woodlands Park Hotel in Cobham and Ghyll Manor in Rusper. His training and subsequent experience have equipped him ideally to maintain the highest standards in food quality no matter whether catering for private events for ten people or banquets for hundreds.
